SkySnap Terms of Service

1. General

SkySnap is software for Android devices that lets users photograph the sky, submit photos for moderation, and receive rewards under Service rules.

The Service is provided “as is.” We may change features, the interface, limits, and reward mechanics without prior notice, unless mandatory law or a separate agreement requires otherwise.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the app from your device.

2. Registration and account

Full access may require onboarding, granting device permissions (including camera and storage, as requested by the app), and complying with platform rules.

• You are responsible for securing your device and account access.
• You may not create multiple accounts to abuse rewards.
• We may suspend or delete an account for Terms violations or suspected fraud.

3. Camera and content

By submitting a photo through the Service, you represent that you have the necessary rights to that content and that it meets moderation requirements (including depicting the sky / matching the capture scenario described in the app).

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, transmit, and use uploaded content solely to operate the Service: moderation, reward payouts, algorithm improvement, and security.

You may not upload content that violates law or third-party rights, includes others’ personal data without a lawful basis, or is offensive, fraudulent, or misleading.

4. Moderation and photo rewards

Photos may undergo automatic and/or manual moderation. Review may take up to 24 hours from submission unless the app interface states otherwise.

Reward amounts for approved photos are set by Service rules and may be shown before you submit a shot. Ranges and figures are informational and may change. Credits are applied only after successful moderation.

We do not guarantee approval of every photo. A moderation rejection is not grounds for compensation when the rejection follows quality or safety rules.

5. Welcome reward and roulette

New users may be offered a one-time bonus roulette that credits a welcome reward to the balance. Marketing may describe the welcome reward as “up to $150”; the actual amount is determined by the roulette outcome and Service rules at the time you participate.

The welcome reward may be subject to a withdrawal delay (including a lock period of up to 7 days from credit), as shown in the app. Until that period ends, funds may appear as locked or unavailable for withdrawal.

Attempting the roulette again via new accounts, emulators, or automation is a Terms violation.

6. Balance, withdrawals, and crypto

Your displayed balance may include available funds, amounts pending moderation, and locked welcome rewards. Withdrawals use in-app wallet features and may require an address, network selection, and time limits (including a waiting period after account creation).

References to “crypto” in the interface describe how rewards are shown or withdrawn. They do not constitute securities offerings, investment advice, or banking services.

You are solely responsible for tax and regulatory obligations related to rewards in your jurisdiction.

7. Prohibited conduct

Without limiting the list, you may not:

• use bots, scripts, or fake location/images to simulate sky captures;
• bulk-upload duplicates, others’ photos, or generated content passed off as real shots;
• interfere with APIs, moderation servers, or payout systems;
• engage in fraud or abuse of loyalty or reward programs.

8. Intellectual property

SkySnap trademarks, logos, interface design, source code, and documentation belong to the Service owner or licensors. Copying, decompiling, or distributing the app outside authorized channels is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, downtime, crypto asset price swings, moderation delays, or network failures.

Total liability for any Service-related claim is limited to rewards actually credited and not disputed in the prior three (3) months of use, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may stop or limit the Service in whole or in part with reasonable notice via the app or website when feasible.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the law designated by the Service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
